Court,

325 12th Street Bragassa’s Store (1872)
Lynchburg’s first toy store remained in the Bragassa family for three generations. The founder was a Genoan who immigrated to this country from Italy to join the gold rush. He returned to Lynchburg with enough gold nuggets to fulfill his dream to open a confectionery and toy store. The building is now owned and occupied by the Lynchburg Historical Foundation.
